COMPENSATION
LMSWs start at $62,500 per year, with opportunities for continued growth. After earning the LCSW, clinicians transition to our licensed hourly compensation range of $63.00–$76.50 per hour.
THE ROLE
Provide thoughtful, evidence-based outpatient therapy while building a caseload that reflects your experience and clinical interests. You’ll work alongside a supportive team with room to prepare, consult, continue learning, and give each client’s care the attention it deserves.
